- Each 10×10 booth receives 2 complimentary Convention registrations.
- ASBI will provide a 6′ table, 2 chairs, and wastebasket. The ballroom is carpeted.
- Once all exhibit space is reserved, remaining registrations will be placed on a wait list.
- Exhibitors will move-in on Sunday, November 5, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Move-out will be Wednesday, November 8 beginning at noon.

Hotel Registration
The Westin La Paloma Resort and Spa is accepting reservations or you may call 520.742.6000 and reserve under the American Segmental Bridge Institute block. [They will not recognize ASBI for the room block.]
Room Rate
$210/night + tax (single/double, triple/quadruple occupancy).
Resort Fee of $15.00 + tax/night
All reservation requests will require a first night room deposit. Deposits will be refunded for rooms canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival.
All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and once the block has been filled, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the prevailing hotel rate (no exceptions). Reservations must be received by October 23, and ASBI does not guarantee room availability on this date.
PLEASE NOTE: ASBI DID NOT authorize a hotel staffing company to book reservations for the Convention. DO NOT book your reservations through this unsolicited phone call.
